I agree 100%!!! Ever try talking to someone at Dell customer support? I have had to ask them to spell words they were saying that were supposedly English.With the last Dell purchase my CEO complained about support and not being able to understand them SO they offer us a "gold package" or something like that which gets you folks you can understand. If that's not sad, I don't know what is!!!!
