Thread: Recipe for greatest cheeseburger ever

Only Bc I enjoy reading yalls bs every day at work. When I move that way you, y'all can thank me with fishing trips, waypoints or heck, even a boat.

1-1/2 lb ground meat


1 sweet Vidalia unjun diced


1 red bell pepper diced


A fistful of jalapenos diced


1 pckg of onion soup mix AND 1/2cup of bread crumbs


Fistful of shredded cheddar cheese


Mix well and shape your patties

Wrap in your choice of bacon


Bake in oven for 20 mins @ 400.
Take out and brush on BBQ sauce and throw on a slice of pepperjack cheese. ( I was out of pepperjack)
Put back in for 3 mins to melt



Plenty filling but serve with whatever. I chose tortilla chips, some salsa and queso cheese dip to make up for lack of dressings on burger. I'm broke.
