yup, should be mph. i do 30 min @3mph four times a week, not because i want to, because my cardio doc said "do or die" in so many words.
Had a routine visit to my doc this morn and bp is down to 120/85 which is very good for me.

i'd guess that's pretty good for "older" folks! :) The 3 mph. Us younger ones go faster. Hands Clapping
