Neighbor lady from Sweeden, cooks German, brought me this. Vinison backstrap, cooked in red wine and mushrooms, and potatoes and green beans. I added the biscuit.

Yep, I cut my fish down and fry it instead of doing whole filets. Them's fresh too.Thumbs Up
