I lost so much weight when the doctor put me on the medicine last fall I thought I was going to blow away! I am still about 180 plus on the sugar but thats better than the 350 plus it was last September. I had to buy a bunch of small clothes. I am almost down to the size I wore in high school.

I do feel for Minnerman if you ain't been on a diet before its really hard. And now with all this new sugar sustitute you even have to be careful with it! My doctor told me that she wanted my blood sugar around 110. I just laughed at her. Unless I am at home its hard to eat right out on the road with a job. I think the lowest I got mine in the last year was about 130 and I felt like I was going to pass out.
