My yard had been tagged

By the city. Wtf? Took the trash can down to the street and the garbage man decided to take out a can of paint and mark where the can was. He even got my can in the process. They didn't hit any of my neighbors, why me? What's the purpose? I'm almost inclined to call the city and get pissy. What do yall think?

I didn't say you couldn't pack heat, but it is illegal in most govemnment offices.

I wouldn't either... Does the city pick up your garbage, or is a contractor with the city? We have a contractor and they smashed ours, couldn't tell where the lid stopped and the can started, called them and was nice (remember honey and flys), they sent me a $30 check to buy a new one... They do have rules tho that I try to follow.
