We won;t talk about catfish jugs or trot lines that aren't marked. LOTS of them on the bottom on the lakes I fish due to me cutting them to get my baits back.

Hate to do a shoot-em-up over that. I was packin' the .38

The big iron is just backup for a more aggressive tact on your part.

Just scoop them up and put them in the boat. Give them back when you get through fishing.

If they don't have enough respect to not cut you off, then I don't have enough respect to dodge their lines.
