Enid tomorrow ?

I was thinking about fishing Enid tomorrow out of Water Valley Landing. Notice the wind maybe 10 mph. Is the wind going to be a problem for one person to get his boat in and out and also to fish? I guess the best question, is anyone doing any good pulling cranks at Enid? Haven't fished Enid in a long time so any help appreciated.

I would use another landing besides Water Valley.....there have been some tires slashed etc. at that ramp. You could put in at Long Branch. I always pull cranks from Long Branch to the dam and back , following the old river channel.

Torch and I pulled cranks from 6:30 till 11:30 and caught 40-45 , only 8 were keepers. Act like they aint ready for cranks yet.

exactly what sat said, we caught a few dinks today, and only 6 keepers..........i dont think the crankbait bite is on yet at enid.
