    Those dead cells can be a booger. Glad they fixed ya up without too much hassel!

    But, if voltage doesn't indicate the suspect battery, you'll need to move on to check connections, grounds, water in the battery and it'd be a good idea to check your wiring as well....if I understood, you've moved from 24V to 36V. You sure you got it all hooked up right? Again, a meter will tell ya.
