    Didn't think about the prop being too big. It sure looks big and I really don't think the motor sets too low. Oh and the prop isn't beat up

    Your prop might have too much pitch......but we cannot make that call without knowing what pitch is on it now and what the rpm is at wide open throttle with the motor properly trimmed. It should be marked on your prop hub what the diameter and pitch is.
