If they are hooked in series or parallel one bad battery will pull the two good ones down. Un hook them and have each one tested individually.

Either got bad battery or ground problem on cables in between batteries

If this was going on before you changed batteries, it may be the grounding in cables.Try cleaning them while you checking it out.
If you are using an extension cord, it may be too small a gauge to get the amperage you need. I was using a 100 ft red cord, not sure the gauge, and I got a larger yellow cord and no problems since.

Your problem is not buying my 4-bank charger like Sat said. You could have saved money and time. Sounds like you got a bad battery(s). Do you keep your charger plugged up 24/7? Never unplug them. The new chargers have a trickle charge that kicks on when the battery charge goes down 2%.
