Got a freind that has a shop in OB, havent seen him since high school but have talked to him on the phone several times when working on my rig. Very informative and willing to help. I will get his info and post it in the thread for boat mechanics, will try to get Jeremy's in Jackson as well, both know there stuff and dont mind walking you thru something if you want to do it yourself.

Boat mechanics seem to be hard to find and the good ones are so busy that they dont seem to mind walking you thru whatever. My rig started flooding out bad while we were at Caddo a couple of weeks ago, called Jeremy and we went over everything and determined carbs. I pulled all 3 down and blew em out and put em back together and still pouring fuel when I pumped the bulb. Pulled the center carb backdown and the float on the right had a hole in it. Just built all the carbs last fall so I werent too pleased. Found one at a boat shop in Shreveport and came back and fixxed it and hit that late. Jeremy called ME back about 6 that evening to see if I got it running. Said he goes thru his phone on the way home each evening and follows up on what he feels needs following up on. I was very pleased and empressed. He is a heck of a boat mechanics, just busy as all get out.
Hope you get your rig back before it's paid off dude.

Sorry bout the runaround ES but mabey they will get it fixed by christmas. Would be a great present.

ES, man I just hate that you are having all this trouble, I mean its bad enought to damage a "new to you boat" but then for all this to be goin on, I dont even know the place you are talking bout but it for sure seems like you are getting the run around for sure. I just hope when you get it back you dont have any more trouble and get to fish for a long time before you have to have anything done
