Morris, on tapatalk just post a new thread, and hit the more button. you can either take a pic then or choose one from the gallery. It took me a while to figure it out myself.

Or you can hit the open advanced option button when you quote an ignert post like this one and then choose to use camera or choose from library. See in the pic the button?
