    G there is another difference that is a biggie for me, the thumb bar gives you a lot more stability on the retrieve.

    May not be Major. Can't keep 11 1/2 inch fish and that's all that's been caught for the most part. HOPE they bigger fish turn on to cranks before the weekend. Think we're gonna do alot of riding that friday and mark stuff

    I just got two more 15s from Northwoods Outlet. I also got a big spool of 20# yeller braid from china off eBay.

    Yep.....I can see where you would like that.....I hold the pole and reel different than you do so thats not a biggie to me, lol. The main thing is....just pull them cranks, lol.

    i still think it could be won jigging that standing timber around water valley. it would take no wind and a solid jig fisherman but i bet the winning fish are there.
