ES It sure does
I had a 1756 off the trailer year before last, and had a tractor/front end loader to do it. Strap around the back end of the boat, pulled trailer forward until bow was at the rear of the bunks, let the rear down on a stack of tires, threw strap around the front, pulled trailer out and set the front end of the boat down on another stack of tires. I used two stacks of two tires on each end of the boat-eight tires. Worked good. Cherry picker or a couple of properly sized tree limbs would work too. I used the tires so I could climb up in it to paint. It was very stable.
Oh, a wise guy ay?
Wannabe...
My vote would be take day of and go see Torch. Do what you need to do and go back home with every thing like it is supposed to be. Buy the guy lunch and dinner. Or you could work on it at home with limited equipment then park it next to ES boat in the grass.
Or better, tell your brother to get it fixed, fast.
You could go over to your inlaws.....hook the boat and trailer to the tractor....launch the boat in their pond.....then go home and work on the trailer and then go back and load the boat and pull it out with the tractor. I have done this behind my house with boats that I have owned and also with my neighbors boat. Works for me!
It's not the trailer that needs work G.
Really it is WB that needs the work!
