Put it in the shop on 4/25 and now it's 5/6 (11 days) and I haven't heard a word on my estimate. So I call them.

Me- "What's the status on my estimate?"
Girl - "Hold please."
Girl - "Sir, hopefully we'll get to crack it open next week and get an estimate going."
Me- "Yall open tomorrow?"
Girl - "Yes."
Me- "Good. I'm coming to get it if you can't commit to an estimate by Monday."
Girl- "Hold please."
Girl- "Sir, we'll have you an estimate by Monday."
Me- "Thanks."

So I guess I'll get a speedy estimate, but then they'll probably take 3 months to actually do the workDoh
