    Well ES we wouldn't have to leave the porch to do any of them... And Minner, If I gave him the keys and he destroyed it before the flood, and I could get proof, insurance would probably cover it then... Yea forgot to mention, we never dreamed we would need flood ins. We did research before we built and never in our wildest dreams woulda thought itd ever get wet

    Hurry and call yo agent. Get ya some before it floods. Better yet, give ES the keys and claim vandalism.

    I feel your pain Mo we have two club houses inside the levee at Tunica and both of them are going to see about 8' of water inside of them and one of them we just did a $3000 kitchen renovation !!
