    If I was looking correct isn't it fixxin to go over the emerg spillway?

    At butla yes it should be going over by now but don't know for sure I will go see when I get off at 4:30 and report back.

    As of 3 pm, rivergages.com says butla is 237.66. That is a little over half a foot from the emergency spillway.

    I live outside of Marion, Ar in the county. There was an article in our paper last friday by the CEO of the St. Francis Levee District. He said the levee was built to protect the Delta and Crittenden Co. Arkansas from water up to 58 feet above flood stage. I sure hope he is right. I can walk out my front door, look due East and see the levee.

    It wont take long to cut a huge hole with all that water..Hope the predictions dont come true...Here in Memphis they have moved the BBQ contest and are expecting Riverside drive and Tom Lee Park to be under water..
