Rip, the 220 was from a big camper we had about 5 years ago.

Turns out entergy showed up last night around 9 with 3 bucket trucks and 2 service trucks and knocked replaced a transformer in my yard in about an hour.

Yeah me, I turned on every spillage in my house in celebration!!! I didn't even mind when they put 2 of those 5 ton rigs across my freshly cut lawn. Heck, I didn't even mind when that got one buried to the axles. I sort of frowned when the brought the second one back in to winch the first out though, but I smiles again when I was able to turn on the porch light to watch the goings on. But, I frowned slightly when the second one buried down again, but again smiles when the third truck could winch the second 2 from the street. Heck I'm so happy I don't even mind that it looks like a tank war broke out in my front yard.

That is, until they left and I put up all my cords and put everything up angus asked me if I has turned the water off. Doh!!!!! The winching was right I've and through my waster meter. Luckily, they cut it on the house side and I was able to cut it off at the meter before the water level got above 4' in my front yard. About the time I got it off a plumber showed up to do the cut off for me. Didn't realize they knew theyd cut it at all. But in the plus side, I should be able to fish the grass after the water settles a bit.

I can't be 100% sure, but I swear it looked like bigblue was driving the second truck and es was driving the first.

The short is, the plumber reconnected me already an as far as I know, he didnt knock a hole in the roof and I don't have worry about the roofer setting the house on fire and the fire department won't have to knock the electricity out to put it out.

    So....I'm good

I thought you were saying the pop up had a 220 service cord. Was imagining the headlines, Gewber kills 31 people by gewbering with his electricity!

That's why these diy shows have the disclaimer, gewbers shouldn't try this at home!!!

Might could make a little side money if you start hosting some mud races out there on the weekends. Prob draw a pretty good crowd from the bar down the street

Man I hate I missed this one, but like WB said the 16 hr days have been tough lately...I deal with gewbs and generators all the time.. most of them never think bout turning off the main or pulling the meter.. Either one will isolate backfeed..WB get you a cord and plug it in the dryer outlet next time, Entergy is worse than MLGW and thats bad
