What do you guys think about fishing this afternoon at Enid after all of the rain we have been getting? I was thinking about trying it IF and only if this storm system passes through. I know the water will be very muddy and the lake level is rising. I was going to try a creek by the dam where me and a couple buddies did pretty well at on Sunday afternoon. We caught approximately 16 crappie (8 keepers) 8 catfish and 8 bass on minnows, beetle spins and Rat-L-Traps in 1-5 FOW. Do ya'll think it would be worth a shot this afternoon with the low winds if the system clears out? Any suggestions on where in the creek they may be-I am thinking they would likely have moved even shallower in the flooded grass?
