After receiving several hundred phone calls from people all wanting to team up with me, I still wasn't that impressed with applicants. Sorry to inform you guys like this, but your resumes need a little work, and there's no substitute for experience and sheer fishing know-how. It took several weeks of me begging, but I finally have a verbal agreement and we are in the process of drafting a contract. Looks like I've got me a real Ringer boys!!!
