Awww CRAP!!!!!!!! I did a drive by this AM to confirm the spillway was on and yep, sure was....I noticed 2 guys standing with hard hats and vests on the parking / lookout spot just between the visitors center and the gate house and both were point down towards the water and gesturing and discussing things. Didn't think anything of it until I saw this.
