    DH, what version of IE do you have? I had v7 and downloaded v8 today and it went away, hope that helps.

    I have IE 7 and no issues

    let me clarify.... I have NO issues with the screen refreshing.....

    ie 7, upgraded to 8, still was doing it............seems ok today.
