    I had a rash with blisters, almost like poison oak.

    have you tried one of those big umbrellas or a bimini top? Is it the sun or the heat causing the rash? How long before you can go out in the sun per the Doctor? If it's a long time, I'd just go with everything covered by clothing and add the bimini/umbrella and go for it.

    I thought about the umbrella but with these wind gusts, that ain't an option
