At least one totally waterproof storage box.

We added dual windshields with a lockable (totally dry) glove box. You can mfr. the windshields to fold down to the front. Up here in MO we need the windbreak and works great to keep the driving rain out of your face.

Torch, I dunno if you use the storage trays for yo plastics or not, but I would consider having a frame built to accommodate 8 or 10 trays. I've thought about building one for one of my dry storage boxes. Build em so they slide in vertically. Jus a thought.

Our lunds had those...... they were horizontal with a slight tilt upward at the front so they wouldn't bang against the door. Make sure the door is lockable! They WERE handy!

    Here's some stuff I'd want:

Dual 750 GPH Bilge pumps. Timed aerator with recirc (for hot weather) and pump out for convenience. Of course, front and rear livewells. The one on the back needs to be big...One on front can be small though. Low front deck. Floor space!!!!!!! Chop the rear deck so you get more of it. No body fishes back there anyway and it's easier to pull cranks the lower in the boat you are anyway.

Long as we're dreaming, a built in insulated cooler, that would serve as a step to the front deck if you forgo the lowered front decks for more storage.

On your 12' starboard locker, I'd keep the 12' continuous storage, but have them do 3 4' independent doors so you don't have to move everything off the deck to get one small thing.

Obviously, I'd want every bit of that 66" bottom and I'm guessing 85" beam to come as far forward as I could get it.

Reinforced area under the rod holders and trolling motor mounting surface....No STANKIN' WOOD!!! Either double plate or polyboard backer.

Recessed cleats. Full guauges including water pressure...but they can keep the speedometer....not sure what smart type guages are available for a 4 stroke, but sure would like to have a fuel flow meter switchable guage to calc best cruise for fuel economy as well as full engine monitoring....but if that's not available...at least add on water pressure and an hour meter - no more guessing on engine hours for maintenance.

The battery compartment needs to be wide stinkin' flat out open for maintenance and access to the pumps. Metal battery trays.

Want the drives seat to be a little higher than necessary for ease of entry and exit when pulling cranks..prolly won't be an issue on this boat though, but one gripe I've got with all metal console boats is a flat out secure, no movement console. If welded down with a full seam weld. If it breaks, it can be repaired, but rivets work loose and screws back out and break.

Not sure i'd want 28" sides though, I can see that being a wind sail, but you're prolly wanting to cross over this boat for guiding, so I spose you need it.

Don't want the rod box/storage doors extending past the center pedestall to rob you of options on mounting the 2nd and 3rd pedestal position. Also would want a 4th pedestal a tad more forward for single poling...then again, this ain't gonnabe an ideal single poling boat and you don't single pole anyhow.

And some more stuff I ain't thought of yet.

    Told ya...

Gas shocks on at least the big rod boxes and maybe the others as well.
