You ever seen one of them ceramic filet knives? Never really cared for em myself cause all I could find was the 10" long version and I just don't trust them since they DONT HAVE ANY METAL IN THEM AT ALL. But I will say, they're sharp as a razor. Be careful, cause you could easily lay yourself wide open with just a single slash.
