    How can I check to make sure the transducer I have up front will work on my 997 if I don't have the boat in the water? I'll look tonight and see IF there are any numbers on the ducer, if so, and it does work i THINK I found a used ducer for the 787 for about 15 bucks. That'd be a easy and cheap fix

    Broke mine last weekend.Tape is holdin it on now.Thought about trying glue.Can it be changed without removing all the wiring?

    bad luck here. The one up front won;t work on the back so I have to get another one for the 997 OUCH. ONLY good thing is I really don;t need the 997 right now since we're in the spawn. Won't have to have one for another couple months so I got time to save
