Probably a dumb question...Have you checked for water in the tank?

My friend had the same problem replaced the line and bulb and it runs fine. My question is, isn't Seafoam or Sta-bil supposed to correct the ethanol problem?

It helps with the moisture (water that alcohol absorbs).....and it stabilizes ( keeps fuel from going stale) but it does not remove the acohol and thats what deterorates the fuel lines. They now have fuel lines out that are alcohol resistant.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

I have tried most of the things you all suggested.I actual replaced the fuel line with auto grade hose.I have had it in the shop twice, they say nothing wrong. But they dont run the boat in the lake.I'm gonna check the vent and suck tube,if i can get it out.Does anyone think it could be the choke? Thanks for the ideas.

Seafoam is supposed to remove carbon build up from the motor, doesn't do anything about ethanol.

Check for loose electrical connection especially around coils
