what ya'll think all this rain will do to the fish since they are getting ready to Spawn? Just push them closer to the bank or back them out?

All depends on the water temp.

Generally speaking rising water will push fish shallower and falling water will pull them back out some. Now, will they spawn just because they get pushed up shallow, some probably will. However, as Holic said water temp will dictate more than the water level.

One night of cold will not hurt toooooo much, amount of sun and wind direction will hurt you (water) more

It didn't rain much at Lake Washington last night. I talked to someone that is on the lake and they were catching them this morning.
