    tell me bout it bud. I can grill some strips, boil up a Lobster, then have baked taters and salad for about 30 bucks a head

    I doubt the lobster part...but for $35 ya can give em a skewer of shrimp and add a couple of cases of beer...ya got to fix a big salad...do taers...fix some garlic bread...it adds up pretty quick...cooking for 25-30 people 150 miles from your house has a lot of prep time involved...prolly gots to bring a grill or two...lol

    We found Lobster on sale here year before last and they were 10 bucks a pound. They ordered to many for Valentines day and HAD to sell them cheap or lose them. Was sho glad to buy them at that price to

    Ifn y'all don't want to go anywhere Friday night, the cabin I'm staying in, has a full kitchen with grills, big patio on the lake. It's just down the road from Shooting Star. It's the cabin at Cordell's landing. We can crank up the grills, throw some taters in the oven and throw something on the grill. By the way, I have an extra bedroom for rent. I'll be Thursday and Friday night.

    That sounds good to me, the cooking part, don't need the bedroom.

    If someone will come help me load up the Big Green Egg, I'll bring it up there and we'll sho nuff fire up some steaks. Don't take but about 2 minutes a side on a 1 1/2 inch steak and it's perfect. I can crank it up to bout 800-900 degrees so you'll have one heck of a sear on it

    To much trouble. We can use the grills at Cordell's house. Remember--- KISS. I'm planning to be at the store just outside of Yazoo City at 6:00 Thursday am to pick up some ribeyes, chops and some link sausage. All fresh and delicious.
