Thanks crappi but mine is fine I was talking about the charge on the run unit so I could troll cranks with my trolling motor for longer.

Do I want a 45" shaft or 60" on the terrova I'm am ordering?
I got a 60 on mine but I run a 17.5 foot deep vee
45" will be more than enough on your boat. One catch is, if you're by yourself pulling cranks in the back in good chop, you may cavitate. 2nd catch is, if you go with 60" to avoid that, you'll have a bunch of motor left over when you're spider rigging or single poling.
Me...on your boat..I'd go with 45 and forget about it.

MAJ what is yours.
Ok done I am getting the 80lbs gonna put the other batt in the rod locker 45" shaft us2 and I-pilot.
This sound right so I can get the dang thang on by the 5th?
Yep. Question. How long is your Trolling Motor now? And do you have any cavitation problems now? What if somebody is on the back deck? If it's shorter than 45 and the answer is no....get with it. If cav. is a problem, then you can get the 60". Not a big deal to cut it down at a later point though.

I don't know how long the one on the boat is it's the one that came with it but have had on problems with it. How hard is it to cut the shaft down?
I am just gonna get the 50" I have never run the trolling motor with two on the back so that way I know I ant gonna have any problems.
Sry 60"
