Thread: Head count for Saturday FJ?

I've got a lake map that someone can look at if ya don;t know anything about the lake

Just want ya'll to remember that Me/Nessa, Major, Triton/ April all drive up to North Miss to fish the COE lakes and the closest lake for me in Grenada which takes a tank n a half of gas to go up and back,plus boat gas, hotel room. Least some of you that are in Miss that are fishing the other FJ's can drive 1 time. We have to drive the rest of them. Yeh, I'm trying to make you guys feel guilty. LOL

It ain't about the cost really. Post some pics of some good strings of fat fish and they would all be chompin' at the bit.

I've been tournament fishing for over 25 years and it ain't ever been about the money. If it was, MCC would have never been born. It was about and still should be about having fun and catching crappie. When money starts ruling, forget the fun. For you folks that want to fish for money, set up 2 bank accounts. Put say $5000.00 in one account and 0 in the other. In account #1, you pay all of your tournament expenses from this account. In account #2, put all of your tournament winning. At the end of the year, see which one has the most money.

Amen! Only folks getting rich off crappie tournaments are the organizers (speaking of CM and CUSA, not MCC).

You right there. But they will tell you they aren't making anything.
