    I want to move my FF that is up front up higher like you have yours. Is that a store bought gadget or one you crafted yourself ? how bout stability ? do you take your FF off every time you runnin down the water ?

    Made the mount out of Galvanized 1/2 in. pipe 16 inches high and two floor flanges. And yes ff has quick connect and when running I move to console or just take off when tailoring. Bolted a Ram Mount I already had to the top flange. Ram Mount runs bout $25 and stand made for less than $10. And too the earlier question, its a 18' Xpress with 90 four stroke Mercury. But one thing sets this apart...its decaled as a 250 hahahaha....what a conversation starter...
