They already been posted but since you offerin here is the physical locations. Better than gps points;

Go to the north side of the spillway. Find the green bench and take the steps by it down to the water. Then go west 4 yards. Find flat rock to stand on. Throw out 27 yards toward 2 o'clock. Also throw 35 yards toward 11 o'clock.

Now send me my 5 dollers.

or you can just look for where he is fishing and throw in an opposite direction
