    I had a rubber coated net similar to that one and it worked great for spider-rigging but if you tried to use it for cranks the trebles would get hung in it.

    I got the nylon ego net and really like it. It's even lighter than the rubber net, but the hooks used to get stuck in it. Then I fixed that. I bought a can of the spray rubber coating, like you spray on tool handles. Sprayed the whole can on it. Course all of it didn't get on the net, but it cured the hooks from hanging and it's still lighter than the rubber nets. Werks great fer less money.
