Been studying the same boat ES. Got the right setup, bad reasonable on the price, but as mentioned the lack of front side by side is an issue. What I wondered is if you couldn't take one of the chopped pedestals bases of the same variety and mount it just inside the front box lids. Wonder if you would have enought room between the seats? I chopped in a copy of the one on the back to show you what I mean. I'd hate to do what Creek did on his Crestliner as both his boxes were dry. On this one, one is a livewell. And who knows if the box lids would be stiff enough. Another issue if you go the Creekway is if you put the right pressure to the outside of the boat like when you try to boat a fish, it might just decide to open on you if they're is not locking latch.
Love that 4 back seating for pulling cranks or if you long line though. That'd be the ticket. Prolly flat out stink for trying to jig shallow water though, but that'd be a pullin' machine and a fine spider rigger if you can whip the double seat deal.
