Wb there aint nothing wrong with spillway fishing i have been fishing bulta spillway since i was a tot, and boy have i caught some hogs. Looks like were are going to have a decent winter.seens like every wet and cold winter we have,i tear their -ss up that spring.when they turn on i will pm you if you want to come to "hog" heaven
