You're prolly right about the deer Mr. Jim. I think the dogs were run off enough, but if could have gotten close enough, I really wanted to put them down. They are not from my neighborhood, no collars. One was a lab looking dog and the other was a big black mongrel. Guess the lab looking dog was 80 and the other was close to 100 and appeared to have some boxer in him. My worry was that if they were dog enough to chase down and pull down a 100 lb doe, they've got no place in my neighborhood with kids. Luckily, they were skiddish of me though, so I didn't really have the choice.
