The claw is by far the best non slip sling out there.

i have a claw, and a buttstock cartridge carrier i've used for about 5 yrs now.

Excellent work class....well, except for Slabo and Satdoc. Triton and Minner get a D- each, for being smart allecks and because.......well, just because I can.

Turns out, the one I have is not an Uncle Mikes, it's the butler creek alaskan. Actually have two of them and butstock carriers for each of the T/Cs. Never have liked the Buttstocks and only moderately liked the Butler Creek.

I think the winner is the Avery Greenhead Gear, but wish it carried 4 rounds. Really like the protected carry of the shells though, that's something most don't have. Guess I could throw some spares in each of our packs in case there's an all day slaughter that needs doing.
