    Default Rez on fire this morning....


    We got to my usual spot about 5:30 am this morning and was waiting on the perch to wake up. I thought there would be more people but I was by myself for the most of the day. I believe I saw a total of four other boats. At 7:00 am the perch woke up and I boated my first fish. At 8:15 am we had 30 perch in the boat! They were on fire I tell ya.... ON FIRE!!!!! Sitting there fishing this one little hole with no one in sight and really no wind was awesome. About 10:30 am the lid on my live well was jumping because it was so full of fish... So I hit the road runnings. We ended up with 78 crappie, 15 throw back crappie, and 1 bluegill... It was a good day. In fact my best day on the Rez to date... I got the bug bad now boys....

    78 fish and how many people? 18 over the 60 limit. $500.00 fine plus $20.00 per fish = $860.00. Be careful, they love to give tickets.
