this is phase one : gotta put one more coat on before I go to my colors. Of course I dropped one of the 4 and now gotta sand and repaint it. my drying stand is just a startup one, will be adding more drying holders to it as I still have 3 of the alligator clips from the pack that I got from RadioShack. Will post more as I get to the colors that I am gonna paint the baits. Wanna thank ScottV for all his help so far, and I am sure I will be calling on him more

these in the picture are some of ones I have gotten from blueball and off ebay and I have bought a few from Bandit in the 2.99 clearance. also ScottV told me bout a place on ebay that sells and look pretty dad gum close to the bandit. got about 15 of them coming to see what they will look like and see if they will pull good. the 15 I got coming cost about a 1.20 shipped each. figured I could at least practice on them

Always shoot for the moon, if you miss you'll still be among the stars.
Scottv really started something.
For drying, I use a metal rack like you seperate frying pans with in the kitchen. (Don't tell Pam). With wire pliars I cut some paper clips up where I'd have a hook on each end and hang the cranks by the rear hook eye. After the paint dries, I remove the painter's tape from the bills and hang them by the eye in the bill while the top coat is dripping.
