finally, FINALLY!

Well, for those of ya'll I ain't talked to in awhile, thanks to my oldest child I have had
to take back up deer hunting...
We've had sort of a rough go of it, she's been able to shoot the middle out of a paper
target from the very beginning, but we've had uh, performance anxiety or something
with the deer. I ain't even gonna go into how many we "scared real good" and let go
for another day :o but I shoulda bought stock in an ammo company years ago.
Anyway, I think she may be getting past that. Popped this one yesterday, broadside
right behind the shoulder at about 75 yards. Hair flew, it stumbled and got back up and
took off down the field. Before I could say anything, she done jacked another one up
in the chamber and busted him again at a 100 or so. Cease fire, cease fire! Whoa, there
ain't gonne be nothing left :p Well amazingly, she managed to keep completely out of the quarters and backstrap, but I mean there wasn't much left in between. Didn't take
much gutting Not much size, but it oughta be tender anyway.
