Me too, I do like my Pro Trollers......I have 6 of the 12 footers and just ordered 2 more 16 footers......

Do you need that much or can you get by with 2 feet?

I want Santa to bring me a first mate to drive the boat for me and tie on jigs for me! Maybe old DD can help me out with this. My new first mate should be early 30's, blond, 5'6" to 6', tanned, mixes drinks good, be an ex Hooters girl and likes to wear tight fitting swim wear.

Its better with 4 ft. makes it a lot easier to make gradual turns, plus it makes it easier when you are reeling in a fish.

I just ordered 2 of the 8 ft trolling rods. They look pretty good, especially for $20 each. Here's the link from Okuma about the rods.

I wonder how Northwoods can sell Okuma products so cheap?
