    Default My Dad.

I'm struggling for words here, so I'll be brief.

My Dad passed away last night about 4AM. My oldest brother was with him and holding his hand. Not exactly sure what happened, but it looks like he had a heart attack and his blood pressure bottomed out. He didn't suffer in the end and my brother was able to tell him he loved him. Most important to him was that he went quickly without being kept alive on machines and he didn't end up in a nursing home wasting away. This was something he feared. The last bit where he was going down only lasted fr about 30 minutes total and he didn't appear to be in pain.

Thanks for those prayers guys. We didn't pray him home, but then again....we did.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Trying to type here but I am having a hard time seeing the keys. I know its hard but your Dad is in a better place now and will be showing folks how to catch crappie in heaven. I wish that I had got a chance to meet him.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Sorry for your loss. Lost my dad almost 23 years ago. Hardest thing I ever went through. Still think of him every day. Nothing will ever take away all the good memories of your dad.

Chris there are no words that can ease you and your familys pain at this time but as time goes on just look back at the time you shared with him.He is no longer suffering and is in good hands. Also you have a bunch of freinds to talk to when you need some solice.

WB- My deepest condolences to you and your family. That's a great picture, and an awesome way to remember him. My father passed away 16 yrs ago and there isn't a day goes by that I don't think about him. It never really heals, but it does keep getting better. Prayers sent.
