Yeah I am still learning... Not real sure how to catch em. Only caught one fish spider rigging so far and caught three long lining which were a spotted bass, catfish, and that pretty drum in the picture above.
I haven't found the flying saucer yet Major... but I did find something big yesterday. DD posted some pictures of it a while back. Looks like a good spot but we will see. Hope to go back Saturday and fish some more.
Minner - Glad you like them... You can cover alot of ground at 5 mph. Might try it again soon.

Haha... He was released very quickly. I only caught a catfish and a goo yesterday but found those fish in the screen shot above on the way back to the boat ramp. The wind picked up and I had to get off the water.

I have eaten goo before. My grand mother used to can it and would mix it up like tuna salad, wasn't bad.

On a more serious note.... Every time I cross over a creek or the main river channel there is a fussy haze from about 20 to the bottom. I figure this is the thermocline but I am not sure. What do you think?
