    I'd say at least $450 per pound, some get more for their money than others, but if you are like me, you save way more than that on psychoanalysts charges.

    LOL, man, ain;t no telling. My last trip to Eagle, I spent $40 for truck gas, $15 for boat gas, $5 for Seafoam, $12 for minners and $8 for beer LOL. I ended up with 16 big filets so maybe 4 or so pounds of meat. $80 divided by say 4 lbs is $20 a lb. OUCH

    LOL, No doubt man. We eat Crappie usually once and MAYBE twice a week but we don;t eat much when we do. I'll usually eat 2 or 3 filets, Nessa 2 and then our daughter eats 1 so it don;t take much for us

    I'm usually eating crappie for 3 days when I cook. It makes good sammiches.

    It does make good Sammiches. We'll have a couple filets left and I'll slap some tarter cause, ketchup and lettace on some white bread with a big ole filet. YUMMMM

    But don't forget about the Truck, Boat, Rods, Reels, Dip Nets, Life Jackets, Lures lost or not, Tools, Line, Weights, Hooks, and on and on...... And sometime come home with less than 1 filet... I've done it.. But I keep on going, win some lose some, still better than the couch..
