OK, here's what all I found out last night. Yes, I did get the batteries hooked up the right way and replaced the fuse. When I took the old batteries out, I taped the ones together that went to each post and now have them back where they were. Works like a charm and I now am back to having a true 12/24 V system. I can actually tell the difference when I change it over from 12 to 24 and mash the button. TM Prop spins like heck now on 24V. While they were out, I looked at the charger. You can only see it when you have the batteries out cause it's way back up under the console and you just can't see it at all. Looking at it, It's a BassPro Brand and it says it's a 3 bank so that's good. I ASSUME it's hooked up to the Cranking battery but not sure. Guess I need to find a way to find out for 100% sure and if it's not, run some wires and make it hook to the cranking battery. When I first got the boat, I plugged in the Charger to the house and it was charging fine until I had one of my TM batts go out, then it just wouldn't charge anymore. Since it quit charging early this year, I haven't had much need for a TM cause of pulling cranks and have only been charging it with the portable charger since it did work. Time to get things right now I recon since I'll be using the TM out spider rigging or jigging stumps or Bridge pilings.
