The friction is what holds the jig or the fly in the box....the hook goes in between two pieces of foam material.....the friction is what holds it in place.

Thanks for trying Wb but with those fly boxes. Those are designed for real small wet flies that are about 1/3 the size of a jig. Preciate it though. Now is ANYONE gonna post pics of their tackle boxes and how they store them except G?

Ain't got one, don't need one, but you could take a plano, remove the dividers and lay in packing styrofoam strips about 1/2 the height of the box, then glue the strips down and just hook the styrofoam with the jigs.
