I figured you'd like that... haha.. Now when you gonna show me how to long line? I got the tools.. I-pilot, rods, stroll'rs, etc.... I might try it again sometime soon. I like to cover lots of water fast and watch the 898.

Steve I longline troll on my home lake here in Ar. I use 1/8 and 1/4 oz roadrunner tipped with either a minner or a tube jig. I do what all the others have said about just a long cast out the back of the boat. Speed around 1 mph. I use 14', 10'ers out the side and 2 8'ers out the back. I use 10/2 braid so when I hang it will usually straighten the hook if not it will break easy enought. Just don't stop until you get all your lines in because the jig or roadrunner will sink then all of them will be hung.
