Don look on the left side of the boat(right side of picture) in the 5th picture you see the rod with a black knob that is hoe you steer. Push forward to turn right pull back to turn left.

I had a Tracker S/S and loved it. Wish I had kept it.

One suggestion. Check to see if your live well has a timer on it. If not, go to the closest boat mechanic and have him install one. This will save your battery and it will also keep the lw from running over.

    6 Things.

    1) I'd be tempted to move the FF to 0 degrees from the front seat instead of 270 degrees

    2) Get you some retractable tie downs

    3) Them hubs look like they need attention. Could be you've got a seal that's leaking from the amount of grease/dirt build up. Probably would put some dust caps on 'em too.

    4) Motor would clean up good with a degreaser and steaming. Prolly would't hurt to hit the zerks after you're done.

    5) I'd replace the bow roller with one of the poly ones to keep from beating the front of the boat up.

    6) Go over the steering linkage with a fine tooth comb and replace if necessary. Last thing you need with a stick steer is fro it to go in a dead man's turn at WOT even with a 25HP.

That really is a sweet little rig. OK, how about $1,425 then?
